We will accepting ATV's, UTV's, Vehicles, Trailers, Equipment, Attachments, and Watercraft.
Drop off dates will be Tuesday September 3rd through Thursday September 5th 9am to 5pm and Monday the 9th and Tuesday the 10th 9am to 5pm.
A complete catalog will be posted by Thursday September 12th.
Auction Terms & Conditions
Payment Obligation:
If you are the winning bidder on an item, you are legally obligated to complete payment. Failure to pay for purchased items may result in suspension or permanent removal from future auctions.
Condition of Items:
All sales are final. All items are sold as is, where is with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Item descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to bidding.
Buyer’s Premium and Sales Tax:
A 12% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases. Minnesota sales tax will be collected where applicable.
Auction Closing Format:
This is a staggered closing auction, with one or more lots ending per minute. Please refer to the auction “Details” section for the specific closing schedule.
If a bid is placed within the final 3 minutes of an item’s scheduled closing, bidding on that item will automatically extend. Extensions will continue as many times as necessary until no bids are placed for 1 minute. Extended bidding affects only the item receiving bids and does not alter the closing times of other lots.
Reserve Pricing / Seller Confirmation:
Some items may be subject to seller confirmation. Hiller Auction reserves the right to place bids on behalf of the seller(s) to meet pre-determined reserve prices. Not all items carry reserves, and reserve amounts are not disclosed.
Technology Failure:
In the event of a technology failure or interruption, Hiller Auction reserves the right to restart the auction at the point of failure, which may extend the auction beyond its originally scheduled closing time.
Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept bank wire, cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit or debit cards. Credit and debit card payments are subject to an additional 3% convenience fee.
All transactions over $10,000 must be paid by bank wire.
Firearm Purchases:
All firearm purchases are subject to applicable state and federal laws. Buyers must successfully pass a background check prior to taking possession of any firearm.
Minnesota Title and Registration Information:
For Minnesota residents, Hiller Auction will collect applicable title and transfer fees required by the State of Minnesota and process title transfers and registrations on the buyer’s behalf.
Additional documentation fees apply as follows:
- $25 documentation fee for snowmobiles and ATVs
- $50 documentation fee for vehicles and trailers
Proof of insurance is required in accordance with Minnesota law.
Out-of-State / International Buyers:
Hiller Auction Inc. is a Minnesota-based business operating under the laws of the State of Minnesota. If out-of-state or international buyers require additional paperwork or documentation, any costs associated with such paperwork will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
