St. Paul Snow Emergency Auction This will be the final snow emergency auction of the season, featuring approximately 175–200 vehicles. Jeff Nelson of Lind-Nelson Construction Retirement Sale – Phase Three Another excellent selection of vehicles, equipment, trailers, tools, construction equipment, materials, and more will be offered in this third phase of the retirement sale. Inspection times: Saturday, April 11 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and Monday, April 13 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.   Load-out:  Tuesday, April 14 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Wednesday, April 15 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. All items are located on site at 3794 299th Ave NW, Isanti, MN 55040. No shipping or hauling is available. All items must be picked up at the location. Sales tax and registration will be charged to vehicles and trailers. Hiller Auction will transfer all titles.

All firearm purchases will require completion of a standard 4473 background check. Firearms listed as “Permit Required” will require either a valid Permit to Purchase or a Permit to Carry.
