Inspection will be Saturday September 13th from 9am to Noon and Monday September 15th from 9am to 5pm.
Load out will be Tuesday September 16th from 9am to 6pm and Wednesday September 17th from 9am to 3pm.

This is a variable speed closing.
Lots 1 through 60 will close 2 items per minute
Lots 100 through 218 will close 1 item per minute
All other lots will close 10 items per minute.
If you win the bid on an item, you must pay for it or you will be banned from future auctions.

There is a 12% Buyers fee on all items and Minnesota sales tax applies
This is a staggered ending auction. One or more items will end per minute. Check in auction “DETAILS” for each auction. Bidding will extend on that item if there is a bid in the final 3 minutes and extend as many times as needed until there are no bids for 1 minute. Extended bidding does not affect the ending times of other items.
Items may be subject to seller confirmation. Hiller Auction reserves the right to bid on behalf of the seller(s) to reach pre-determined reserves. Not all items have reserve selling prices. Reserves are Not disclosed.
In the event of technology failure, we reserve the right to restart the auction at the point of faliure extending the auction past it's original ending time.
We accept Bank Wire, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit and debit cards with an additional 3% convenience fee.
All transactions over $10000 are required to do a bank wire.
Firearm purchases are subject to state and federal laws. Buyers must pass a background check prior to receiving firearms
Minnesota residents please note: Hiller Auction will collect title and transfer fees charged by the state and Hiller Auction will transfer titles and registrations for you
There is an additional $25 documentation fee for snowmobiles and ATV's.
There is an additional $50 documentation fee for Vehicles and trailers.
Proof of insurance is required per Minnesota state law
